1. Strictly implement the rules and regulations of aluminum profile production process

It must be strictly implemented in accordance with the corresponding aluminum extrusion process, the temperature of the middle section of the aluminum rod furnace is set at 530-550 °C, the temperature of the outlet section is set at 480-500 °C, and the holding time should be sufficient, so as to ensure that the aluminum rod is warm enough and transparent (that is, the core and the surface are warm enough), so as to avoid the increase of the elastic deformation of the mold due to the inconsistency of the aluminum rod temperature table (insufficient core temperature), thereby aggravating the phenomenon of "partial wall" and "different lengths", and even making the extrusion die plastically deformed and scrapped.

2. Ensure "three hearts in one"

The center of the extrusion cylinder, the center of the extrusion rod and the center of the mold base must be visually concentric, and no obvious eccentricity is allowed, otherwise it will affect the flow rate of the product, and even affect the molding of the product or make the length difference between the left and right sides of the extruded product greater and cannot be extruded. For more than one out of two porous molds, the requirements are more stringent.

3. Reasonable selection of supporting pads

It is necessary to choose a special support pad with a double hole and a large cantilever to reduce the elastic deformation of the lower die, so that the extruded products can be formed stably and the size change is small; Moreover, it is necessary to find the double-hole special support pad before the mold is baked, so as to avoid the mold from being boiled out of the furnace because it takes too long to find the support pad and the mold is cooled down too much and the car is stuffy; It is recommended that the support pad must also be heated, and the general temperature control is 350 to 450°C. Especially for heterosexual complex sections and porous series, it is necessary to choose a reasonable special pad for support.

4. Strengthen the information feedback in the process of aluminum extrusion

There are many reasons for mold plugging, such as mold processing, plugging on the empty knife, empty knife processing burr, empty knife small, empty knife depth is unreasonable, and the mold design work belt is unreasonable, the design of the deflector, diversion hole and other unreasonable is also easy to lead to mold plugging, people who have not undergone special training are generally difficult to express clearly, it is best to go through the corresponding mold repair personnel to personally check and find the reason before you can boil the mold, repair the mold, and propose a change plan.

(2) Feedback on the discharging and forming situation

In addition to having a clear identification of the extrusion die number, it is also necessary to identify the overall flow direction of the material head that is difficult to see on the material head, such as "intersecting discharge" (indicating that in the actual extrusion process, it is caused by the slow inside of the two holes and the fast outside), "dispersing discharge" (indicating that in the actual extrusion process, it is caused by the fast inside of the two holes and the slow outside), "long left and short right" means that the left branch is long and the right branch is short, and the amount of length difference should be indicated, because the distance from the interrupted saw to the discharge port is about 6 meters, so it is usually "A meter / 6 meters" The component of the difference in length is A meter for every 6 meters, so that the perfect and accurate expression is conducive to the correct judgment and maintenance of the mold repair personnel.

(3) Information feedback of size out-of-tolerance

In the case of normal discharging molding but the size is out of tolerance, it is necessary to take a section of the sample to make a complete and correct identification (extrusion die number, discharge direction, size defects, etc.), any of which may lead to the wrong mold repair, so we must pay great attention. To provide an accurate sample of the material, it is best to include (front, middle and tailings).
