The meaning of letters and numbers in aluminum alloy numbers
First digit: indicates the main added alloying elements.
1: Pure aluminum
2: The main alloying element is copper
3: The main alloying elements are manganese or manganese and magnesium
4: The main alloying element is silicon
5: The main alloying element is magnesium
6: The main alloying elements are silicon and magnesium
7: The main alloying elements are zinc and magnesium
8: New alloys that do not belong to the above alloy families
The second digit: indicates the alloy with modified alloying element content or impurity content mainly added to the original alloy.
0: Omotero alloy
1: The original alloy has been modified for the first time
2: The original alloy has been modified for the second time
3rd and 4th digits:
Pure aluminum: indicates the original alloy
Alloy: Indicates the code name of an individual alloy
"-": Hn or Tn after indicates the chain symbol of the work-hardened state or heat treated state -Hn : the chain symbol of the non-heat treated alloy
-Tn: Indicates the chain degree symbol of the heat-treated alloy
T5: Indicates the state of cooling by the high-temperature molding process and then artificial aging. It is suitable for aluminum profile products that are cooled by the high-temperature forming process and are not subjected to cold processing (can be straightened and leveled, but does not affect the limit of physical performance) and are artificially aged.
