There is no yellow smoke, and the brightness is not chaotic: this groove is added with a sufficient amount of smoke pressing, and the decomposition of yellow smoke is thoroughly pressed; Because the strong oxidant decomposes more slowly and the concentration is less chaotic than that of the three-acid tank, the brightness difference of different batches of aluminum alloy is much smaller than that of the three-acid polishing.
Brightness increase: The brightness of chemical polishing is related to the concentration of phosphoric acid, nitric acid, and temperature, as well as the moisture content of the polishing slurry. The higher the water content, the lower the brightness; The phosphoric acid content in the tri-acid polishing slurry is as high as 80% (the water content of phosphoric acid is 15%), and the corresponding water content of the polishing slurry is less than 12%; If the water content is too high, it will reduce the brightness of the polished material. In the production process, the smokeless mirror polishing liquid is concentrated at a high temperature for a long time, and the water content is 5%, so the brightness of the mirror polishing material is significantly improved.
It can drip for a long time: considering that the chemical polishing reaction is too violent, after the aluminum alloy leaves the bath, the dripping time cannot exceed 20s, and a large amount of polishing liquid is brought into the washing tank, resulting in the cost of polishing materials is too expensive. A sufficient amount of corrosion inhibitor is added to the smokeless mirror polishing slurry to protect the aluminum alloy from the bath liquid, and it can drip in the air at any time without flowers and no flow marks. As a result, the polishing slurry can be reduced by more than 70%.
Automatic ash removal: When the aluminum alloy is impure or the polishing liquid is aging, the aluminum is polished by three acids, and there is often a layer of black ash on the surface, which is difficult to remove by general methods, which severely affects the quality of the polished material. In the smoke-free mirror polishing tank, the ash removal component is added, which can automatically remove the polishing ash.
High yield: Because the mirror polishing groove solves the problems of color difference, flow marks, flowers, polishing ash, etc., the yield rate is greatly improved. As a result, the cost is reduced and the production is improved.
(3) Gloss-preserving oxidation tank. This slot is set up for two main purposes:

Fine ash removal: There are two sources of polishing ash, one is the inclusion in the aluminum alloy, and the other is the aging of the polishing liquid. Polishing ash is difficult to remove by general methods, which can seriously affect the appearance quality of polishing materials. Although a fume-free mirror polishing tank has been added with a decorating agent to remove most of the polishing ash, there may still be a small amount of polishing residue. The gloss-preserving oxidation tank can thoroughly clean the polishing ash, so as to ensure the quality of the polishing material.
