1. Precautions for machine squad leaders
The quality of the production plan directly affects the normal situation of production, in addition to matching molds and aluminum rods in the production order, the key is to let the whole class employees understand the plan of the squad leader, what materials to produce first, then what to produce, and then what to produce, so that the production has a clue. To use the plane mold, the manifold must be prepared before production, and the next set of molds on the machine can not be pulled out of the mold furnace after the mold is removed, and the special pad cannot be found, resulting in the temperature of the mold dropping, the mold can not be pressed or the mold is broken, affecting the planned completion time, and increasing the production cost. When the mold is on the machine, it is necessary to check whether the mold number is the same as the production schedule, and the mastery of the wall thickness, length, color, and order number is conducive to improving the output and controlling the quality.
2. Precautions for the host hand
A qualified host must have tacit cooperation with the squad leader, be able to communicate with the squad leader, be clear about the squad leader's production plan, and be able to direct production when the squad leader is not on site, which will not cause downtime. Only when the machine operator is familiar with the production plan can he know the skills of start-up, and control the extrusion speed according to different surface treatment methods, sections and wall thicknesses, so as to increase output and reduce the production of scrap. In strict accordance with the process, equipment operation procedures is the sacred duty of the operator, the manipulator, the master cylinder should be closely watched, the hand can not leave the suspension control switch of the operating table, to prevent the accident of not squeezing the cake or the failure of the manipulator to cause the extrusion rod to break.
3. Operating procedures for interrupting work
When interrupting the shift, the first thing to check is whether the fixing, rotation device, safety device and buttons of the saw blade are normal.
Pay close attention to whether the walking of the profile at the outlet is smooth, and when the required length of the profile is reached, the sawing begins.
Press the handle switch or foot pad switch, press the saw blade to the discharging profile, keep the same direction as the discharging speed during the sawing process, and stop the saw, when the profile is cut off, the saw blade should be quickly removed from the profile.
The sawn profile is then slid into the rack to cool, and the surface quality must be checked every 3-5 pieces of saw, and the saw blade must be properly lubricated.
4. Straightener operating procedures
The straightener first checks whether the mechanical fasteners and hydraulic transmission system, operating handles and buttons are normal when handing over shifts. Whether the hydraulic pump and motor are normal when starting.
According to the length of the profile, the distance of the rear chuck is appropriately adjusted, and the rear chuck is fixed, the no-load test is tried, the operation jaw is "open-closed", and the cart is "stretched-returned" several times, check whether it is normal, and the profile temperature is lower than 50 °C before it can be straightened, the jaws of the feeding operation are loosened and clamped, the cart returns to the limit position, and the rear chuck is in a straightened state when clamped at the same time.
In the straightening process, break the profile by hand to make it straight, or press the chuck to rotate to make the profile straight, press the stretching handle, the stretching starts, the stretching rate should not be greater than 1.5%, and pay attention to the change of the shape and size of the profile, avoid excessive stretching, after the stretching, the cart returns, loosens the front and rear chucks, and sends the profile to the storage table. The profile should be straightened in time to prevent the blank from accumulating on the cooling bed, resulting in bruises, scratches, and scratches, and the decorative side of the profile should be facing upwards to avoid the decorative surface being rubbed, and the conveyor belt of the blank after transmission straightening should be kept in sync with the bridge belt.
5. Sawing and framing operation procedures
First of all, check whether the saw blade fixation, transmission, safety device and each button are normal, and then load the cabinet according to the length, color and direction of the profile on the "extrusion schedule", and cannot be mixed. Feed to the sawing table until it hits the ruler and straighten the profile. Spray the saw blade with the right amount of cooling lubricating oil and start sawing. When sawing, the number of sawing threads should be controlled at one time to prevent scratching, and when sawing finished blanks and smooth fabrics, clean cloth should be used for spacing between each piece.
The sawed profile is loaded into the specified material frame, and the material with quality problems can not be entered into the frame, and the thick and heavy materials are installed below in the framing process, and the light and thin profiles are installed on the top. At the same time, it is necessary to handle it gently to prevent crushing, denting and crushing.
