Generally, the failure of mechanical parts of aluminum extruder mainly includes the following:
1. Overall fracture
When the parts are subjected to external loads such as tension, compression, bending, shear and torsion, fatigue fracture will occur in dangerous cross-sections, such as the fracture of the guide pillar, the fracture of the bolt, the fracture of the root of the gear tooth, etc.
2. Excessive residual deformation
If the stress acting on the part exceeds the yield limit of the material, the part will produce residual deformation, such as bending of the shaft, deformation of the gland, etc.
3. Surface damage of parts (the main cause of parts failure)
The surface failure of parts is mainly corrosion, wear and contact fatigue, which are all failure forms that gradually occur with the continuation of working time, such as wear of guide rails, abrasion of copper sleeves, etc.
4. Failure caused by destruction of normal working conditions
Plain bearings, such as liquid friction, can only work normally when there is a complete lubricating oil film; If these necessary conditions are destroyed, different types of failures will occur, such as overheating, gluing, wear, etc. of the bearing, and slippage failure of the belt drive.

1. Daily care must keep up, and the machinery must be kept clean.
2. Clean the filter screen of the oil pump regularly to protect the oil pump plate and pump body. Check the temperature of the oil pump with a thermometer to check the difference between the oil pump and the new oil pump, so that you can know the relative leakage of the oil pump. No matter how good the sealing condition of the suction pipe is, the oil pump has a certain amount of suction and emptying, so you should pay special attention to the oil in the oil tank.
3. Maintenance is to accumulate experience, and usually use hand to sense the temperature of the valve body of the machine.
4. If there is a problem, record the maintenance in time to prevent the same failure next time, and have a certain perception of the speed of the machine, so as to avoid the possibility of overhaul. 5. Be sure to keep the hydraulic oil clean, and if there are holes on the surface of the mailbox, it must not be repaired. The special thing is that the hole on the surface of the pipe where the oil return pipe penetrates into the fuel tank must be sealed with rubber. 6.
