Product Introduction
Integrated hot extrusion molding, with seamless pipe walls and an overall seamless structure, making it strong and solid, completely avoiding welding cracks, leaks, and rust issues.
The elliptical arc cross-section has no stress concentration dead spots. Compared to square tubes of the same wall thickness and weight, it resists deformation better; compared to round tubes, it performs better in directional bending and torsion, and it’s less likely to bend or twist under long-term loads.
Surface of aluminum can naturally form a dense oxide protective layer. When combined with treatments like anodizing or powder coating, it can effectively resist rain, humidity, weak acids, and salt spray, making it suitable for harsh environments like outdoors, coastal areas, and high humidity, without rusting or corroding.
Can be freely cut, drilled, CNC milled, bent, welded, polished, and brushed. The surface can be treated with various color finishes. It's easy to shape and can meet all kinds of custom processing needs.
