Lighting aluminum housing

Lighting Aluminum Housing is made of aluminum alloy as raw material and made through extrusion, die-casting, CNC machining, stamping and other processes. It is used to wrap and carry metal housing accessories for LEDs/various lighting sources, driving power supplies, and circuit boards.

    Product Introduction

    Aluminum alloy has high thermal conductivity, which can quickly dissipate the heat generated by the operation of the LED chip, reduce the internal temperature of the lamp body, extend the service life of the light source and driving power supply, and reduce light attenuation.

    Lighting aluminum housing has good anti-corrosion and anti-rust capabilities. After surface treatment such as anodizing, powder spraying, and spray coating, it is waterproof and anti-corrosion, and can adapt to outdoor environments such as moisture, rain, and salt spray.

    Strong plasticity and flexible shape. Aluminum extrusion and die-casting processes can open molds to create different shapes, heat dissipation ribs, and slot structures to adapt to different lamp styles and can be customized in size.

    The surface can be frosted, brushed, high-gloss, or anodized in multiple colors to enhance the overall grade of the lamp. Aluminum is a recyclable material and complies with green environmental protection standards.
