Radiator Aluminum Profile Shell
Product Introduction
Aluminum has a fast thermal conductivity and comes with integrated heat-dissipating fins, which can quickly release the working heat of the device, effectively reducing internal temperature and preventing components from aging or being damaged due to high temperatures.
The material has a low density, making it lighter in weight compared to iron or steel shells, reducing the overall weight of the equipment, facilitating installation and handling, and suitable for lightweight equipment design.
High structural hardness, resistant to compression and impact, not easily deformed; after surface treatments such as anodizing, it is moisture-proof, rust-proof, and oil-resistant, suitable for various complex indoor and outdoor conditions.
Radiator Aluminum Profile Shell is integrally extruded, with few splicing gaps, preventing dust, water, and dirt from entering the equipment, thus protecting the wiring and circuit boards. It can be freely cut to length, drilled, tapped, and milled, with dimensions, shapes, and colors all customizable.
