Product Introduction
Industrial custom-shaped aluminum profiles are extrusion-molded with built-in ribs and multiple hollow chambers, which greatly improve torsion, bending, and load-bearing capacity while reducing the equipment's weight and cutting down on transportation and operating energy consumption.
After anodizing, spraying, polishing, brushing, and other surface treatments, a dense protective film forms on the profile surface. It's resistant to oxidation and acids and alkalis, so it won't rust easily in workshops, humid areas, or outdoors, and doesn't require frequent maintenance later on.
Supports simple deep processing like cutting, drilling, tapping, and CNC milling; comes with built-in grooves and snap-fit positioning structures, so you can quickly assemble it with brackets, sliders, and bolts, saving complex welding steps and improving factory assembly efficiency.
Once the mold is completed, large-scale continuous extrusion is possible, making the production cost per item lower for big orders; one-piece molding reduces multiple processes like stamping, welding, and assembly, overall lowering parts and labor costs.
