Aluminum profile I-shaped material 7075
Product Introduction
The strength of 7075 aluminum alloy is much higher than that of ordinary steel, making it an ideal material for manufacturing high-stress structures, due to the addition of zinc, magnesium and other elements to the alloy, 7075 aluminum alloy has good corrosion resistance and is suitable for various harsh environments.
It has good processing performance, easy to carry out cutting, drilling, bending and other machining operations, and meets the needs of various complex shapes and structures. The fine grain structure makes 7075 aluminum alloy have good wear resistance and can extend the service life.
The main alloying elements include zinc, magnesium, copper, etc., of which the content of zinc is between 5.1% and 6.1%, and the content of magnesium is between 2.1% and 2.9%. The addition of these alloying elements gives 7075 aluminum alloy mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
The tensile strength of 7075 aluminum alloy is 524Mpa, the yield strength is 455Mpa, the elastic modulus is 71GPa, the hardness is 150HB, and the density is 2.81g/cm³. These physical properties enable 7075 aluminum alloy to withstand large external forces and pressures while maintaining good elasticity and wear resistance.
In order to further enhance its mechanical properties through heat treatment. After solution treatment and artificial aging, its strength characteristics can be significantly improved. At the same time, the pre-stretching treatment can reduce the internal stress after quenching and improve the stability and service life of the material.
